OzSpeed provides website development, mobile application development, and custom software services. Service details, timelines, and pricing are discussed and agreed upon before the start of any project.

All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice. Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. GST is applicable at 18% on all service fees. Online payments may attract a processing fee of 2% + 18% GST on the processing fee. Final payable amount is shown before payment.

All intellectual property, including source code, designs, and content, remains the property of OzSpeed until full payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, ownership is transferred as agreed.

Clients must provide accurate information, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing information may affect project timelines.

OzSpeed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if these terms are violated or in case of misuse of our services.

OzSpeed may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
