Refund & Cancellation

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all software development, design, and consulting services provided by OzSpeed (operated by Aman Enterprises) via ozspeed.in. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Clients may cancel a project at any time by written notice to support@ozspeed.in. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• Before project kickoff: 100% refund of advance (minus payment gateway charges).
• After kickoff but before design approval: 50% refund of advance.
• After design approval: no refund of the advance.
• Milestone payments already made for completed work are non-refundable.

A refund may be approved in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Service not delivered as per the signed scope of work.
• Advance paid but project not started within 30 days.
• Written cancellation received before project kickoff.

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• Client delays, unapproved scope changes, or abandoned projects.
• Third-party costs already incurred (domains, hosting, licenses, API subscriptions).
• Completed and delivered milestones.
• Custom code already deployed to the client's environment.
• Change of mind after project kickoff.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, refunds are issued via NEFT/IMPS to the bank account provided by the client. Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

To request a refund, email support@ozspeed.in with the following details:

• Invoice number
• Project ID or name
• Reason for the refund request
• Supporting documents (if applicable)

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
